Excellent staff and the Consultant was excellent. Can’t fault my experience. The only problem as always is parking and sometimes that makes me late for my appointment
Nurse was very nice welcoming polite
After 2 years of going to westlands medical centre in heath I asked gp to refer me to ent at queen's romford.
After two visits I was diagnosed with bilateral tinnitus requiring a procedure.
So glad I can finally feel better soon.
I went to the Outpatient's Team 4 to see the consultant to advise me as to the outcome from my earlier blood test in respect of my PSA levels and also had my Prostate checked.
I was treated with great care and respect as I did on my previous visit on 20th February where I learned of the outcome of my MRI scan.
Excellent service
Mr Khan was very informative, listened & I really felt he understood everything I explained about my condition, he was kind & compassionate & gave me a lot of information.
I have these answers because I was put in the hallway for nearly 12 hours and was not looked at all I was never spoken to about my seizures or my cut on my leg witch was never looked at I think the attention was very poor at the hospital over all
Care received from doctors nurses ambulance reception staff from start to finish was excellent
Considering the state of the nhs the staff involved in my treatment did the best that they could in the circumstances
Still unaware of what caused a enormous amount of pain
With no resources available the staff did their best
The treatment I received by all doctors and nurses was 2nd to none. I was given full details and utmost respect for each member of staff throughout my procedure and stay at Queens. Thank you so much.
